PiS MP shows up at school "to intervene regarding the emblem". Mayor is outraged
The mayor of the Warsaw district of Bielany, Grzegorz Pietruczuk, reported on the matter on social media. In a statement published on the X website, he said that he had not been so outraged in a long time.
"MP Janusz Kowalski and Robert Bąkiewicz, along with the accompanying team of the wPolsce24 television, broke into the premises of Primary School No. 209 yesterday, where they intimidated the Principal and the team of the facility," the mayor wrote. He said that the reason for the visit was "the alleged removal of the emblem from the walls in the classrooms where the eighth-grade exam will be held," which - he added - "of course did not take place." At the same time, Pietruczuk assessed that the intervention constituted an abuse and that the MP exceeded his competences.
